   Community engagement for sustainable development plays a fundamental role at the heart of this shared vision by proposing concrete and bold solutions to major societal challenges.
3. Respect for human diversity and inclusion.
   To provide a creative and innovative environment through an inclusive culture where people of different backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations and ages can flourish and achieve their full potential.
